Every wash cycle is a load case.
Heat, chill, clean and pressurise the same vessel several times a day and the duty cycle eventually finds the weak jacket attachment. CEI, Finglow and Paulin Research Group keep the design case, the weld record and any later change on one code library.

Section VIII, Div 1 covering the steam jacket, the internal pressure and the vacuum on cool-down as one design, with Section II materials and wind and seismic codes.
TEMA exchanger design plus EN 13445, PD 5500 and Section VIII Div 1 and 2, so an exchanger train or an export order does not need a second software package.
Weld procedures across shops and sites
PQR, WPS, WPQ and welder continuity documentation with code assistance for ASME Section IX and BS/EN/ISO, plus welder expiration notifications.
NavWeld, NavNDT and QMSuite for weld procedure management, inspection workflows and QA/QC traceability, with audit documentation held against the job.

Attachment FEA per Section VIII, Div 2 for agitator mounts, lifting lugs and retrofit nozzles that the code formulas will not cover.
